Loaners will be caring for their horse and undertaking all stable management duties.
 
Learning to train the horse from the ground and under saddle, to produce a light, supple and responsive horse. Liana has completed her first year training with Ms Karl and is excited to be able to pass on her experiences. To be able to benefit fully and learn these methods it is helpful if you have your own horse to train and practice with. This is a long term program with riders initially hacking their horses and having a weekly lesson in the school . Riders will begin by learning the techniques from the ground, then mounted in halt, walk, trot and canter, only progressing to the latter when the former is consolidated. Each week Liana will leave riders with exercises to practice with their horse. Riders will progress to doing more school work as they learn how to correctly train and school their horse. Riders must be of a certain level to apply for this program.
 
Horses for loan are Blue, India, Monty and Sherbert (Sherbert only available for part loan).
Loaners will be expected to catch their horse and care for him before and after riding, therefore must have a certain amount of stable management knowledge. Loaners will also receive discounted prices on simulator sessions.
